Carolyn represented me when I sold my uncle’s home after his death. The sale was completed in the spring of 2016. She was fabulous and provided far more service and expertise that I expected. First: I live 500 miles away and have very little free time during the day. Carolyn served as my eyes and ears in Orlando . Second: Uncle Gene was a hoarder. His home was filled with stuff that most would consider junk. Carolyn helped me locate several businesses that were willing to price and sell the contents. The company chosen did a excellent job. I was very happy with their professionalism. 3rd: I considered refurbishing the home’s deficiencies before sale. That required getting reputable contractors to inspect and bid. Carolyn gave me references on several and facilitated each visiting the property to provide bids. 4th: I decided to sell the home “as is”. That created a much more complex sale situation because of all the added information any reasonable buyer would require as relates to repairs, roofing, asbestos, codes, etc. She was extremely effective at getting the prospects the information they needed to make a good decision. 5th: The home is in a historic district! That added another layer of complexity because there are restrictions about what one can do with a house . 6th; She visited the property a lot and kept me informed about property condition (she helped with mundane tasks like getting the grass cut, etc) 7th; She not only represented me well , she clearly cares for the community around the house. I think she is ingrained in the community and I am sure she would not have endorsed a sale that would be a detriment to the neighborhood. I liked that. I would use Carolyn again in a heartbeat. I will recommend her to anyone I know that may need her services in the Orlando area.
